If you find the booked appointment doesn't suit you anymore and you'd like to cancel it , you can let us know by e-mail or phone!

If for some reason you cannot be at the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization takes time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked date (by e-mail or phone), taking into account the opening hours.
